I cannot imagine losing someone I love. It is probably the most heartbreaking thing on the entire planet. It is still hard to believe that someone so young, and so talented is not with us anymore. However, in these times it is important to trust that God has a plan. It is so beautiful to see the surfing community come together to celebrate such an extraordinary life.
I hope when i kick the bucket, they throw a big ole party. Complete with a paddle out, family, friends, waves, tacos, laughing, hugging, sharing, and not too much crying.
Andy will never be forgotton.
My heart goes out to Lyndie, and the family.
